Abstract: Through the Internet and Web, anybody, independent of her/his current geographical position and nationality, is or would be in the international information society (IIS); the society which is spread over the globe and continually gets more shares in human interactions. In this new global society, as traditional societies, anybody should have her /his selection right. Any server should – and based on usability measures tries to – consider the preferences of any single user. But how a server or service provider should know a Moslem’s preference? Except to know it as some standard, which is offered by authorized international organizations; and/or through explicit or implicit request of the Moslem user to override her/his default Islamic preferences. This paper emphasizes on the necessity of Islamic standards for the IIS and offers architecture for the required system of standardization of Islamic countries, and presents its basic features according to the Hewlett Packard (HP) architecture documenting template.
